1. The KINARA Beauty Guarantee
At KINARA, we are committed to delivering premium beauty products that meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and hygiene.
Every order is protected by our 30-Day Product Protection Guarantee, giving you confidence when shopping with us.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or differs from what was ordered, we're here to help.
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the product and packaging
Once verified, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
To ensure claims can be properly investigated, all product protection claims must be submitted within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
3. Cosmetic Hygiene Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind purchases
- Shade or color selection errors
- Personal scent or texture preferences
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredient information, and color representations prior to purchase.
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and skin tones.
4. Authorized Returns
In situations where a return is approved by our team, we will provide detailed return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
To ensure proper tracking and processing:
- Only KINARA-issued return labels may be used
- Returns must be sent to the designated fulfillment facility provided by our team
- Unauthorized returns cannot be processed
Please do not send products to our corporate mailing address.
5. Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email regarding the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Estimated processing times:
- PayPal and Digital Wallets: Up to 7 business days
- Credit Cards: Up to 30 days depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders enter our fulfillment process and can no longer be modified, cancelled, or intercepted.
