By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 3. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT & AUTOMATED LOGISTICS

Kinara Beauty operates via an advanced, automated decentralized supply chain network. We utilize independent, third-party domestic fulfillment centers, warehousing facilities, and automated logistics networks within the United States to store, pack, and ship our catalogue.

  • Data Sharing Consents: By utilizing our Service and completing a storefront transaction, you grant your explicit, irrevocable consent for us to share your name, delivery address, phone number, and transactional data with our domestic logistics partners and independent fulfillment networks solely for the purpose of executing product dispatch, delivery tracking, and transit management.
  • Automated Inventory Availability: While our store utilizes real-time automated data synchronization to reflect current stock levels, occasional technical lags or supply center shortages may occur. We reserve the absolute right to cancel and fully refund any order if an item becomes structurally unavailable, delayed, or out of stock at our fulfilment centers before physical dispatch.

4. PRODUCTS, SANITARY HYGIENE, AND SAFETY

  • Descriptions and Swatches: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and images of our cosmetics. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
  • Hygiene and Returns: All cosmetic sales are final due to strict federal safety and body-fluid sanitary regulations. All items are subject to return or replacement only under the explicit defect and carrier damage frameworks outlined strictly in our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Health, Safety, and Electronic Devices: You agree to use all cosmetic topical formulas, balms, and electronic beauty tools or devices strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's provided guides, manuals, patch-test rules, and safety instructions. The use of any electronic beauty device or skincare tool is undertaken entirely at your own individual risk.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. SHIPPING POLICIES AND RIGID GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES

Kinara Beauty operates an exclusive domestic commercial pipeline, servicing consumers strictly within the domestic borders of the United States of America.

  • Geographic Prohibitions: We do not ship to international destinations, foreign territories, or addresses outside of the United States. Any order placed requiring international delivery, or flagged by our fraud systems as illegitimate, will be immediately cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Third-Party Freight Forwarders: We strictly prohibit the shipping of our premium cosmetics to third-party international freight forwarding companies, export hubs, or mail redirection facilities located within the US. If our system detects a commercial freight forwarder address, the transaction will be flagged, cancelled, and refunded.
  • Carrier and Address Limitations: Orders are dispatched via reliable domestic ground carriers (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Because our fulfillment networks require verified physical delivery routes, we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military installations, or remote US island territories. Buyers are responsible for providing an airtight, physical US residential or commercial street address.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Kinara Beauty are made pursuant to a standardized domestic shipment contract. This means that the legal risk of loss, title, and ownership of the physical goods pass directly to you upon our fulfillment partner transferring the package to the commercial shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages stolen post-delivery, or carrier scanned as successfully delivered to the destination address.

7. REFUNDS AND AUTOMATED CANCELLATIONS

  • Refund Channels: Upon a verified approval of an eligible claim (strictly following the guidelines in our Return Policy), refunds are automatically remitted to the original payment method utilized at checkout.
  • Banking Timelines: Financial transaction timelines are bound by international banking networks and cannot be expedited by our team. Standard digital wallet clearings (PayPal, Payoneer) can take up to seven (7) business days. Standard credit card processing statements can take up to thirty (30) days depending on your specific banking provider.
  • The 2-Hour Cancellation Window: Our fulfillment architecture processes customer orders via instantaneous automation to support our fast transit targets. Consequently, cancellation requests must be submitted to support@kinarabeauty.com within a strict, maximum two (2) hour window following the exact purchase timestamp. Once an order surpasses this 120-minute threshold, it cannot be edited, intercepted, or cancelled, and must be managed under our standard final sale framework.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You explicitly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Laird Ecommerce LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors (including our foreign parent entity located in Australia) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kinara Beauty and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

10. SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and predictability of any other remaining provisions.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND COURT JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

You explicitly agree and consent that any dispute, claim, litigation, or legal action arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of a product, or interaction with the Service shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
