Shipping Policy: Kinara Beauty

1. STRICT GEOGRAPHIC SHIPPING SCOPE

Kinara Beauty operates an exclusive commercial pipeline servicing consumers strictly within the domestic borders of the United States of America.

  • International Restrictions: We do not offer international shipping. Any orders requiring delivery outside of the United States will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Freight Forwarding Prohibition: We strictly prohibit the use of third-party international freight forwarding services, export hubs, or mail redirection facilities located within the US. Kinara Beauty's legal delivery obligation and risk of loss end permanently the moment a commercial carrier marks a package as "Delivered" to any such forwarding service or address. We accept no liability for goods damaged, lost, or intercepted during subsequent transport overseas.

2. MANAGED DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT & DATA DISCLOSURE

Kinara Beauty utilizes an advanced, automated decentralized supply chain network. We partner with independent third-party domestic logistics providers, regional warehousing networks, and specialized US fulfilment facilities to ensure rapid premium delivery.

  • Data Sharing Consent: By placing an order with us, you grant your explicit, irrevocable consent for us to share your name, physical delivery address, and contact number with our trusted logistics networks solely for the purpose of executing order dispatch, courier routing, and transit tracking.

3. PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

To maintain our high-velocity transit targets, our backend systems process orders via instantaneous automation.

  • Standard Processing Window: All orders are transmitted to our domestic warehouses and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
  • Daily Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT will enter our processing and synchronization queue on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or over weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

4. SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINE ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your purchase are calculated dynamically and displayed transparently at checkout. To optimize transit speed, we utilize a variety of reliable premium domestic carriers depending on warehouse proximity to your location (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and major US commercial logistics networks).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days following our processing window.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days following our processing window.
  • Promotional Shipping: We may offer complimentary standard shipping on orders that exceed a specific promotional monetary threshold. Please review the checkout interface for current active thresholds and regional offers.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS LIMITATIONS & REQUIREMENT

Buyers are solely responsible for providing an airtight, accurate, and completely verifiable physical delivery address at the time of transaction.

  • Physical Address Mandate: Because our automated fulfilment networks utilize commercial ground carriers, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military installations. A valid physical residential or commercial street address is strictly required at checkout. Any order flagged with a P.O. Box destination may be placed on an administrative hold or cancelled.
  • Address Modification Errors: Kinara Beauty and Laird Ecommerce LLC bear no legal or financial responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is marked as undeliverable or returned to a fulfilment center due to buyer address errors, the buyer is completely responsible for any additional reshipment or administrative storage costs.

6. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & LIVE TRACKING

  • Tracking Notification: Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched from our partner fulfilment center, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email containing your official tracking carrier code and link.
  • Carrier Activation Lags: Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking details to actively populate within the carrier’s public database after receiving your initial dispatch notification.

7. RISK OF LOSS, DELIVERY DISPUTES, AND STOLEN PACKAGES

All transactions on the Kinara Beauty storefront are executed pursuant to a standardized domestic shipment contract.

  • Transfer of Title: This means that the legal risk of loss, title, and ownership of the goods pass directly to you the moment our fulfilment partner transfers the package to the commercial shipping carrier.
  • Stolen or Missing Packages: Kinara Beauty is not financially or legally liable for packages stolen post-delivery, or for packages successfully scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier to the customer-submitted destination address.
  • Carrier Discrepancy Claims: In the rare event that your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not physically received the parcel, you must notify our team within seven (7) days of the delivery timestamp. We will assist you in launching a formal carrier investigation, but we cannot issue automatic refunds or replacements for carrier-verified deliveries.

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM REPORTING

If your product arrives structurally defective, leaking, or damaged by the shipping carrier, you must preserve all original inner product containers, outer shipping boxes, and protective packaging materials.

  • Reporting Window: Contact our dedicated care desk at support@kinarabeauty.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Evidence Requirements: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the broken or damaged product alongside the original shipping label with the tracking number clearly legible. Approved claims will receive a complimentary replacement or refund processed entirely in alignment with our master Return and Refund Policy.

9. LEGAL ENTITY & GOVERNING JURISDICTION

Kinara Beauty is a legally protected consumer brand owned and operated by Laird Ecommerce LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. Laird Ecommerce LLC is owned by a foreign parent entity located in Australia. All fulfilment processes, carrier contracts, and shipping disputes are governed strictly by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
